Locating a sophisticated multi-functional development near the Holy Haram imposes certain characteristics and requirements. Due to its unparalleled size, height, distinguished location, and visibility, the building must serve as a landmark connecting to both Saudi localities and the Islamic universality of its users, while showcasing a modern multi-functional identity.

The project, a "Residential, Commercial Complex," is situated at Manafia in the Makkah Central Zone, 2.2 km south of the Holy Haram and 1.7 km through a tunnel. Covering approximately 60,000 square meters, the site is bounded by Ajyad Road to the east, Kudai and Birka tunnels to the west, and Prince Meteb land to the north. The site is accessible via two main roads from the east and west, as well as a private road from the north, and is surrounded by private buildings and properties from the east.

Several advantages were considered to maximize the benefits of the allocated site:
- The site's outstanding location near the Holy Haram allows direct access to Haram piazza for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
- There is complete separation between pedestrian routes and vehicular circulation, facilitated by the presence of the Kudai station, railway (APM), and Kudai and Birka tunnels.
